Scheme of Arrangement regarding proposed re-domicile to Norway
PetroNor E&P Limited is working towards changing domicile from Australia to Norway and applying for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange (Oslo Børs main list). Provided that the relevant conditions are met, listing is expected to take place after New Year.
The listing is part of the re-domicile of PetroNor Australia pursuant to a scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme"). The re-domicile and listing are expected to simplify and streamline the group's operations and reduce cost.
The re-domicile process involves formal requirements in Australia, which will be communicated to the market as stock exchange announcements. Relevant documents connected to the Scheme of Arrangement will also be added to this webpage.
