Mrs. Kielland has over 30 years of experience having held a number of leading positions in the oil and gas industry both in Norway and abroad, among others as CEO of BP Norway. Her professional experience includes work related to both operations and field development, as well as HSE. Mrs. Kielland holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Mrs. Kielland is an independent director.
